- Orders may be cancelled within 72 hours except where the order has already shipped.
- Custom orders are non-cancelable.
- For items that are returnable, returns must be made within 10 days of receipt. Returned items must be in original cartons and in new condition.
- Merchandise returns will not be accepted without prior return authorization from Luxor Tool Carts.
- Returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
