Q. What is the weight capacity for the small tool cart with tubs; 24" x 18"?
- A. 300 lbs with all 4” casters; 400 lbs with Big Wheel Assembly.
- Q. What is the weight capacity of the large tool cart with tubs; 24" x 32"?
- A. 400 lbs with 4” casters, 500 lbs with Big Wheel Assembly, and 800 lbs with 8” Plate caster wheels.
- Q. What is the difference between Luxor’s tool carts and utility carts and other Manufacturers?
- A. High density polyethylene that never dents, scratches or discolors. Aluminum bar in the top shelf for added strength, the large tool cart with tubs has two aluminum bars in all of the shelves.
- Q. Will the plastic shelves hold up to the solvents, greases, and solutions used in the automotive markets?
- A. The plastic shelves are impervious to the solutions; they don’t break down or discolor.
- Q. If I have a custom application, how would that be handled?
- A. Provide Luxor with your specifications and if it is possible, we will complete the project for you.
- Q. Can Luxor private label utility carts and tool storage for my company?
- A. Yes we can, depending on quantity requirements.
- Q. How long has Luxor been in business?
- A. Since 1946, Luxor has been located in Waukegan, IL.
- Q. What type of warranty does Luxor provide on its products?
- A. Luxor provides a Lifetime warranty on all of its products.
- Q. Can my company be set up as a reseller of your products and how can that be done?
- A. Yes, you can be set up as a reseller by completing the Contact Us form. An inside sale representative will be in contact with you.
- Q. Will you drop ship to my customers or do I have to warehouse your product?
- A. We will drop ship to your customers; however, if you stock/warehouse our product you will receive a stocking price.
- Q. Where does your product ship from?
- A. Our plastic products ship from Waukegan, IL 60087 and our metal products ship from Trussville, AL 35173.
- Q. Is there assembly required with Luxor’s products?
- A. With most of Luxor Product, assembly is required.
- Q. What do I do if product is damaged in shipment?
- A. Contact Luxor’s customer service department for replacement parts or components at no charge.
- Q. What do I do if I am missing parts?
- A. Contact Luxor’s customer service department and they will forward the missing components at no charge.
- Q. Can the product be returned and what do I do?
- A. Product can be returned, but is subject to the terms and conditions of Luxor’s return policy.
- Q. If I want to purchase an item as a gift for someone, can it be sent to them directly?
- A. Yes it can, just provide us with the information at the time the product is ordered.
- Q. If I purchase more than one item can they be sent to different locations/addresses?
- A. Yes, just provide Luxor with the addresses/location that you want the product sent to.
- Q. When should I expect my shipment to ship after ordering?
- A. Orders normally ship in 5-10 business days.
- Q. What are the hours that Luxor’s Customer Service Department be reached?
- A. Luxor’s Customer Service Department is open from 8:30am to 4:00pm CST M-F. Closed on Holidays.
